My name is Koushal Parikh and I am a licensed Real Estate Agent located in Dallas Fort Worth! I am a born and raised New Yorker for over 25 years who transplanted to DFW 15 years ago!  Started my Real Estate journey in 2017 with the hopes of helping families achieve the American dream of owning a home. To some DFW is just a spot on a map. To me, it’s the place where I bought my first home / raised my family.

Having spent over 15 years exploring every corner of this community from the hidden trails in to the best espresso in town, I don’t just sell houses here – I sell the lifestyle I love.

I combine my deep-rooted local knowledge with a data-driven strategy to ensure my clients don’t just find a house, but a place where they truly belong. When I’m not negotiating deals, you’ll likely find me spending time with my wife and kids, along with BBQ’ing for friends and family.
